  1. The preserved original books A, C-G, I-L 7 & 8 and index books 1 - 8 & A-E are available in the Research Dept. at the County Clerk's Richmond office
  2. Book B 1869-1881 is lost
  3. Volume 23, April 3 1984 to July 15 1984 is lost
  4. Many of the meetings from 1976 - 1994 are searchable using the yellow search section on the main search page.  Images are only available in this Historic Archive.
  5. Most of the older meetings will require reading images of the index books and corresponding volumes.
  6. Many of these volumes are very large and may take several minutes to download.  Please be patient.
