NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING FORT BEND COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT 401 JACKSON STREET, RICHMOND, TEXAS MONDAY, AUGUST 24, 2026 9:00 A.M. AGENDA

1.					Call to Order.
2.					Public Comments regarding item(s) on the Agenda.
3.					PUBLIC HEARINGS: 9:00 a.m.: Conduct public hearing and take all appropriate action on the following matter:
					Economic Development: Conduct a Public Hearing on the Creation of Fort Bend County Reinvestment Zone No. 34, which is approximately 3,057 acres and is located near the intersection of FM 762 and FM 1994 in Fort Bend County, Precinct 2, pursuant to Tax Code, Section 312.201(c).
4.					ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT:
					Take all appropriate action on the Order to Create Fort Bend County Reinvestment Zone No. 34, which is approximately 3,057 acres and is located near the intersection of FM 762 and FM 1994 in Fort Bend County, Precinct 2, pursuant to Chapter 312 of the Texas Tax Code.
5.					Adjournment.

To access the stream, select "Commissioners Court" and then "LIVE Streaming Video." If a member of the public wishes to speak on an agenda item, a Public Participant Form must be submitted at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the meeting. Instructions for completing and submitting the form are available on the Commissioners Court webpage. Upon arrival at the meeting, all speakers must check in with the Court Services team to confirm their attendance and to be called upon at the appropriate time.
