M.   Rescind Agenda Item 12A approved by Commissioners Court on May 28, 2024, pertaining to: Approve correction to Agenda Item 27A from Commissioners Court meeting dated January 9, 2024, to replace a supporting document (deed) previously submitted, regarding a partial lot conveyance and dedication of public right of way on Westpark Park and Ride in Precinct 1.
 
N.   Approve the plats for the lots within Tamarron Section 83, Precinct 1.
 
O.   Set public hearing for acceptance of traffic control plans for: (Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.)

18. FORT BEND GRAND PARKWAY TOLL ROAD AUTHORITY:  The Board of Directors of the Fort Bend Grand Parkway Toll Road Authority reviewed the following items at their regular meeting held on January 19, 2026, and makes the following recommendations to Commissioners Court:
 
  Approve Supplemental Agreement with Fort Bend County for the maintenance, operation, and repair of traffic signals on the Grand Parkway.
 
19. HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:
 
A.   Clinical Health Services: Approve correction to Agenda Item 36A approved by Commissioners Court on January 22, 2026, to correct a clerical error of the amount, so it reads: Take all appropriate action to amend the budget pursuant to Section 111.07075 of the Texas Local Government Code to recognize unanticipated revenue received after the start of the fiscal year in the amount of $7,321 from the proportional distribution of remaining funds associated with the closeout of the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Program.
 
B.   Emergency Medical Services: Approve Affiliation Agreement between Fort Bend County and Lonestar College, for course experience under the supervision of Fort Bend County Paramedics, effective through September 30, 2026.
 
C.   Health & Human Services: Approve Affiliation Agreement between Fort Bend County and Rice University to provide academic courses in community health fields and practical learning experiences.
 
D.   Social Services: Approve deposit of a returned check in the amount of $1,000 into the Social Services Public Assistance account due to the client no longer residing at the Fort Bend County residence.
 
E.   Social Services: Approve the 2026 Fort Bend County Social Services CARE Program Agreement, a Reliant Program restricted donation, to accept funds for utility assistance to eligible Reliant customers residing in Fort Bend County.
 
20. HUMAN RESOURCES:
 
A.   Approve the withdrawal of 96 hours from the Shared Sick Leave Pool for an Emergency Medical Services, Position No. 5401-0099.
 
B.   Approve the rehire of A.L, with the earliest rehire date of February 16, 2026.

25. TAX ASSESSOR/COLLECTOR:
 
A.   Record into Minutes the Summary Monthly Report of Property Taxes Collected for December 2025, as submitted by the Office of Carmen P. Turner, Tax Assessor-Collector.
 
B.   Approve and record into minutes tax payment refunds in the amount of $67,991.76 for the Office of Carmen P. Turner.
 

 
26. COUNTY JUDGE:
 
A.   Take all appropriate action to rescind Agenda Item 7 approved by Commissioners Court on September 23, 2025; Approve the reappointment of Lanny Hitchcock to represent Fort Bend County as a Commissioner of the Commissioners Court Sheriff's Office Civil Service Commission, pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Section 158.034, for a two-year term commencing September 23, 2025.  
 
B.   Take all appropriate action to appoint Lanny Hitchcock to represent Fort Bend County as Commissioner of the Commissioners Court Sheriff’s Office Civil Service Commission, pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Section 158.034 for a (2) two – year term commencing February 16, 2026.
 
C.   Take all appropriate action on the designation of delegates to the Houston-Galveston Area Council 2026 General Assembly and Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2026: Andy Meyers, Representative, General Assembly and Delegate to the Board of Directors; KP George, Representative, General Assembly and Alternate, Board of Directors.
 
27. COMMISSIONER, PCT. 2:
 
  Take all appropriate action to accept the retirement of Janet McLain and appoint Brandon Gibson to the Board of Directors of Emergency Services District No. 7 to fill the unexpired term.
 
28. COMMISSIONER, PCT. 3:
 
  Take all appropriate action in support of Resolution requesting the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) and the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to expedite the inclusion of the Highway 36A Project in the Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) process and the State’s Unified Transportation Program (UTP). 
 
29. COMMISSIONER, PCT. 4:
 
  Take all appropriate action on the appointment of Richard Scheiber to the Fort Bend County Library Advisory Board for a (2) two-year term beginning January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027. 
 
30. AUDITOR:
 
  Take all appropriate action on request for transfer in the amount of $68,000 from Non-Departmental Contingency into Fees, to allocate funds for analysis of property value projections.
 
31. BUDGET & FINANCE:

The Regulatory Compliance Officer, Gregory Roberts, is the County’s ADA Coordinator, located at 401 Jackson Street, in Richmond, Texas, 77469, and can be reached at adacoordinator@fortbendcountytx.gov or 281-238-3267. The ADA Coordinator is designated to coordinate compliance with the non-discrimination requirements in Section 35.107 of the Department of Justice regulations.
 
Fort Bend County will, generally, upon request, provide appropriate aids and services leading to effective communication for qualified persons with disabilities so that they can participate equally in the County’s programs, services, and activities. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication or modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of Fort Bend County, should contact the office of the ADA Coordinator as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
