8. COMMISSIONER, PCT. 2:
 
A.   Approve reappointment of Horace Allison to represent Fort Bend County on the Board of Directors for the City of Houston Reinvestment Zone No. 25.
 
B.   Approve Interlocal Project Agreement between Fort Bend County and the Village of Fairchilds to reconstruct and overlay Megan Road and Needville-Fairchilds from FM 361 to Oberrender; Fort Bend County will provide all man hours, equipment hours and up to $234,632.86 in materials costs, Village of Fairchilds agrees to reimburse Fort Bend County $21,500 for a portion of materials used. (Fund: Road & Bridge)
 
9. COMMISSIONER, PCT. 3:
 
  Approve the reappointment of Rashid Khokhar and Sam Galyon to the Fort Bend County Levee Improvement District No. 2 Board of Directors for a four (4) year term ending September 10, 2027.
 
10. AUDITOR:
 
  Approve monthly Financial Report prepared by County Auditor for the nine months ended June 30, 2023, pursuant to Local Government Code Section 114.023.
 
             
11. BUDGET TRANSFER(s):
 
A.   Commissioner Precinct 4: Approve transfer in the amount of $9,906 from Temporary/Part-Time and Information Technology into Travel and Training to allocate funds to cover travel and training expenses.
 
B.   County Attorney: Approve transfer in the amount of $581 from Fees and Services into Information Technology to allocate funds for the purchase of one (1) printer.
 
C.   Department of Public Safety: Approve transfer in the amount of $500 from Department of Public Safety - Fees into Information Technology to allocate funds for the purchase of flash drives.
 
D.   District Attorney: Approve transfer in the amount in of $6,100 from District Attorney - Fees into Information Technology Department - Fees to allocate fees to cover the cost of software invoices.
 
E.   Fire Marshal: Approve transfer in the amount of $100,000 from Salaries into Overtime to allocate funds for overtime.
 
F.   Sheriff Office: Approve transfer in the amount of $653,000 from Salaries into Overtime to allocate funds for overtime expenses.
