If a member of the public wishes to speak on an agenda item, a Public Participant Form must be submitted at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the meeting. Instructions for completing and submitting the form are available on the Commissioners Court webpage.

Upon arrival at the meeting, all speakers must check in with the Court Services team to confirm their attendance and to be called upon at the appropriate time.
